Job Description

Location: Indonesia Department: eCommerce Platform Location: Indonesia Job Description This position will lead all sub-categories under the Fashion Accessories (Marketplace) department and report directly to a C-suite. The individual will manage a team of around 10-15 people.

Job Description:
  • Developing, mentoring and leading team to achieve the target of category GMV, seller growth, assortment health as well as consumer experience.
  • Developing category strategy and leading team implementation
  • Keeping abreast of current market trends and translating this into category strategy
  • Build relationship and growing top sellers and setting up rules to incentivize and reward the growth of long-tail sellers.
  • Hunting target sellers and assortment and guiding target sellers through onboarding and new store opening stage.
  • Maintaining assortment information to ensure its’ integrity.
  • Ensuring that on-site experience for customer is best in class and tailored towards category requirements
Job Requirements In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

  • Able to generate insights and business strategies based on data. Strong in analytics and interested to learn more about Fashion and ecommerce
  • Experience in business development and product/category management in Fashion industry would be an advantage, but not a must
  • Open for applicants who come from corporate finance, investment banking, consultancy
  • Have managed a team and understand talent development
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability in relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong data analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English, Indonesian and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Able to execute complex projects and capable of handling and prioritising multiple tasks/projects at the same time.
