  • Bachelor's Degree and English skill
  • 3 years working experience as Market Research Specialist/Senior in market research agency (preferably handling fashion industries experience) or fashion company
  • Understand methods of market research (qualitative & quantitative) and Planning skill (quarterly or semester)

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Retail industry that is looking for "Market Researcher Supervisor – English speaker" that will be based in Bandung with the requirements as follows:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Passionately identify and understand market needs, customer behaviours and motivations
  • Will work in cross-functional teams
  • Bravely to take on challenge in pushing the boundaries of applied research, combining qualitative and quantitative research to create the best user experience
  • Able to arrange project planning, such as defining the users by creating screeners, recruiting participants, defining personas, identifying tasks for usability testing
  • Plan, moderate, analyze, and report every research

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Psychology or any related areas that has market or user research learning
  • At least 3 years working experience as Market Research Specialist/Senior in market research agency (preferably handling fashion industries experience) or fashion company
  • Understand methods of market research (qualitative & quantitative); able to use digital research tools will be advantaged
  • Research planning skill (quarterly or semester)
  • English skill
  • Willing to be placed in Bandung
  • Strong understanding about users & market trend
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative problem-solving skills
  • Motivated, high curiosity, dynamic and result-oriented
