ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is a 12-months programme, fast-track development to a management job for high potential fresh graduates and young professionals! The aim of the program is to raise future leaders of British American Tobacco Finance Team! You'll first learn trade marketing fundamentals from a field-based commercial role. Then you’ll experience roles covering Corporate Finance, Accounting Tax & Treasury, Audit, Mergers & Acquisitions or one of our regional finance shared service centres.
Reports to: Finance Manager
Reporting Level: Individual Contributor
