Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in Digital Ads, Product Management, Product Strategy, Ad Agency, or Management Consulting
  • Consultative sales and client-facing experience


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing teams of executive and highly-specialized practitioners in a multicultural context
  • Experience building solid relationships with executives and solving complex issues
  • Experience structuring and delivering complex cross-functional work programs on time and to specifications
  • Knowledge of Google’s Display and Video Ads product suite
  • Ability to define a strategy, translate it into an actionable plan, and direct a team to execute it
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to pitch messaging to various executive levels

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

In this role, you will develop the vision, design strategy, and execution plans for our Display and Video (DV) business. You will manage a team of DV Specialists who lead deployment and product activation in SEAS markets. You and your team will identify opportunities to innovate based on market needs and influence product or sales strategy. In addition, you will drive thought leadership discussions with executive stakeholders at Google’s global product organizations to guide our product roadmaps, as well as with SEAS Sales Leadership to provide product focus guidance that helps drive business growth.

You will work closely with other components of SEAS Specialists (i.e., Search, Video, Diversity and Inclusion, Measurement). Align strategy with the in-market sales team and guide activation goals and support execution. You will partner with Marketing and other cross-functional teams, such as gCare and gPS to drive scalable programs to achieve SEAS goals.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, inspire, and motivate a team of in-market DV Specialists. Develop the team’s goals, establish processes/manage execution to achieve goals, and set clear and compelling vision and strategy for growth
  • Identify opportunities across SEAS markets and advertiser base. Develop strategic plans for business growth and product adoption and work with Country Managers, Large Customer Sales leaders, and sales teams to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals
  • Ensure operational excellence, including DV Optiscore, Perf Max, and Discovery adoption
  • Lead initiatives and drive core cross-functional projects, including working with gTech, Regional Go-To-Market (GTM), Global Products Leads, and Marketing
  • Partner closely with GTM and Product Management to influence product roadmaps and bring products/solutions to SEAS market
