Job Description

  • Event planning, design, and production within a specific timeline
  • Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
  • Conduct pre and post-event evaluations and report on event outcomes
  • Cooperate with Marketing and Public Relation team to promote and publicise events

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any majors, preferably in Event, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent
  • Experienced in handling end-to-end events for a minimum of 2 years
  • Experienced in handling vendors
