What You Will Do

  • Partner with HR team leads to develop and implement strategic employer-related programs, such as recruitment, organization development, talent management, reward, and culture.
  • Assist in the evaluation and development of all Human Resources processes to align with business and company direction
  • Assists in managing employee engagement & happiness program.
  • Partner with HR team leads to nurture a positive remote working environment.

What You Will Need

  • Fresh graduate from any field, preferably majoring in psychology, management, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking and passion for developing people and culture.
  • High learning agility and passion for always learning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Love working remotely.
  • Freelance hours: 6 hours/day
  • Available for 4 month contract
