What Will You Do

    • Develop e-learning modules from scratch, from content preparation until developing the e-modules
    • Involved in strategic Learning & Development projects
    • Support Learning & Development program from preparation, manage learning sessions, record learning program completion
    • Maintain L&D dashboard and reporting in monthly basis
    • Assist in preparation of HappyFresh LMS (developed with external vendor)

What Will You Need

    • Final year student or fresh graduates from any major, with interest in Learning & Development
    • Ability to work with team, and good communication skill
    • Have attention to detail, organized and achievement oriented
    • Experienced in creative design, graphics design, and content development is a plus
