Job Location Solo, Indonesia
Responsibilities
  • Responsible to solve problems related to hardware and software application
  • Install operating system and the software application
  • Attend to customer enquiry regarding the use of the software
  • Visit to customer site (if needed) to help the customer

Requirements
  • Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Good knowledge in hardware and networking equipments
  • Hand-on experience in MS Windows and Linux operating system
  • Familiar with SQL
  • Good in written English (reading and writing skill)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Excellent personality, attitude and teamwork
