What will you be engaged in?
As our CS Expansion Staff, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Monitor company communication channels including call center and respond appropriately in a timely manner
  • Analyst primarily reviews documentation for new customer accounts (KYC), evaluates high-risk accounts and analyzes new customer processes and policies.
  • Gather feedback from host and guest, observe front-line issues such as booking cancellation reasons, etc. and report promptly to supervisor
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the team to improve overall business such as market research, service quality audit, etc.

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Comfortable working in a Call Center environment and handling large volume of calls/email tickets per day
  • Good communication skill
  • An effective listener and troubleshooter
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable with 24/7 shifts (night shift)
