Key Responsibilities:

Handle request from other department/brand related promo creation
Review new promo model and mechanism
Validate promo on the POS testing machine
Insert promo on the POS production machine
Monitor live promo on POS machine
Do some troubleshooting for any minor issue
Check the inactive promo more than 6 months, should be delete to all store
Escalation to higher level for any major issue
Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
Works together with the team to enhance and improve process and compare similar products

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor degree Information & Technology, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Good exposure to agile development practices
Attention to detail
Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good exposure to SQL
Good oral and written communication skills Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Having an experience in Retail Industry is plus value
