Currently, our technology team will expand and getting bigger to create an impact for our technology education in Indonesia and currently we’re looking for People Service Lead !

Here are the details of responsibilites for People Service Lead :

Monitor the execution of payroll and Pph21

Maintaining talenta as hris

Monitoring the implementation of Insurance and BPJS and good strategy to execute them

Make a Finance Report to the Corporate strategy and Finance Team

Being a key person for audit from the Directorate General of Taxes

Creating strategy for Salary Calibration and Salary structure

Creating all Benefit policy
Having at least 4 years experience in Compensation & Benefit area

Exquisite people management skill, used to managing several stakeholders at once

Experienced in leading & managing small sized teams

Experience or familiarity to tech-related industry and competencies will be a plus point

Has a strong sense of integrity to manage confidential information

Strong with the initiative and proactive work ethic

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;
