Job Description
Data extracting, monitor, analyze, and report traffic performance in Lazada (in terms of page views, transaction, conversion, and other metrics) on daily basis, and support to build weekly report update
Give insight of traffic performance on certain product category, business unit, and seller segment
Escalate issues to Traffic Ops Managers if there’s any dropped in performance (in terms of page views, transaction, conversion, and other metrics) on certain product category, business unit, and seller segment, and find the root cause
Assist to improve page views, increase transaction metrics (buyer, order, revenue), or to increase conversion
Data/dashboard support in projects/initiatives and maintenance
Assisting other traffic related initiatives led by Traffic Ops Manager
Job Requirements
2 – 4 years working experience, preferably in retail or any consumer product industries (FMCG/ Electronic/ Fashion etc.), handling data-oriented role, such as performance monitoring. Have work experience in e-commerce would be a plus
Graduated from a Reputable Indonesian University or Abroad, preferably with degree related to numbers
Sharp analytical skills and critical to any given data, with attention to details and focus on accuracy is a must
Strong data analysis capability balanced with good communication skills to drive cross-functional initiatives
Strong capability of SQL, and needed to do query on daily basis or create dashboard
Customer service orientation, paying attention to details and accuracy.
