Job Description

Job Summary

  • Review new part related for machining process
  • Create CNC Milling Program
  • Redraw the new part to convert to CAD-CAM if required
  • Prepare machine tool and cutting insert for machining process
  • Design and provide the fixture for machining process
  • Review to optimize machining process periodically
  • Create and insert routing
  • Support production on machining technical issue
  • Advice and recommendation the safety at machining process
  • NCR review and corrective action

Minimum Job Qualifications

    • Minimum diploma degree with 3 years in machining process
    • Fluent in English language
    • Experience in SAP
    • Able to create program CNC milling machine
    • Familiar with machine controller Fanuc, Mazatrol and Sinumerik
    • Familiar with manufacturing process
    • Familiar with CAD-CAM and Progno
    • Able to design fixture with AutoCAD 2D & 3D
    • Able to find the root cause analysis machining defect
    • Familiar with GDNT (Geometric, Dimension and Tolerancing)
