- Education : Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Law, Human Resources Management or
- Psychology from reputable university
- Language : English
- Experience : At least 5 years of proven experience as Assistant Manager in manufacturing company
- Driver Licence : do not matter
- Strong experience in Industrial Relations and Human Resources;
- Deep knowledges in INSW process ( OSS System, IT System );
- A role model of collaborative working, valuing and developing employees;
- Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skill;
- Must be in good health condition and free from drugs;
- have IT background advantages
- To be success in this job, you should mastery in Human Resources
- Management, fluently in english (verbal and written), good interpersonal skill and have
- positive mindset.

About work仕事内容について



This position will run the day-to-day Human Resources-related activities such as but not
limited to Lead and manage recruitment, personnel administration, employee relation,
performance management, people development, organization development, industrial relations,
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and General Affairs / Facility Management.
 Maintain good relationship internally (within the company) and externally (education
institution, goverment, etc).
