Collaborating with external partners to evaluate, implement, and maintain strategy.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Working closely with external teams to understand their needs, wants, and objectives, and then determining which channels fit best for specific campaigns.
Job Requirements:
BS / BA required Marketing / Communications degrees preferred.
Min of 1 - 2 years of Digital Media experience.
Demonstrable Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and social listening tools.
Strong ability to work efficiently and effectively, multitask, and handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of effectively managing a budget.
A creative problem solver: must be able to distill goals and objectives and align strategies and tactics to meet them.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Understand consumers' insight, current market data, and trends and be able to advise and develop strategies and tactics accordingly.
