Job Description

In this role, you are responsible for Package Saw Singulation equipment setup/installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. You will lead the pilot line setup until production ramp-up.
In your new role you will:
  • Responsible for EOL and Package singulation Equipment: Handling of equipment setup & installation, repair/ troubleshooting, and maintenance .
  • Develop equipment maintenance specifications, implement Preventive/Predictive maintenance programs.
  • Monitor equipment performance KPI and Drive the equipment OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvement projects.
  • Work with equipment suppliers to solve production constraints, improve capabilities through software and hardware optimization.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics or related).
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Good equipment knowledge in EOL, Package singulation equipment , experience in Disco Dicer DFD6362 would be added advantages.
  • Good understanding of equipment capabilities and constraints.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in English
