Job Description

As an executive assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up meetings for the executives
  • Be in contact with partners and executives for the process
  • Making travel arrangements for executives
  • Creating documentation for expenses and other related finance activities
  • Keeping information of the organization confidential

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant must posses:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an executive assistant or similar background
  • Able to speak English fluently
  • Good time management
  • Have a bachelor's degree or similar level
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
