Job Description

We are seeking a Shopper Marketing Manager for a ~6-7 month contract position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Shopper Marketing Manager will:

  • Manage brand activation at the POS level in coordination with bottlers
  • Lead localization of shopper materials
  • Manages local approval process, reviews & approves transcreated POS materials
  • Input into End-2-End consumer & shopper engagement strategy and Identify region specific engagement opportunities
  • Works closely & coordinates with bottler trade marketing team, suppliers and agencies to ensure timely implementation of programs at agreed scale
  • Support the frontline marketing team in steering overall processes eg innovation agenda
  • Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customers

Experience

  • Strong trade marketing experience (5+ years)
  • Fluent Bahasa Indonesia required
  • Direct experience with marketing activation in Indonesia, across channels – supers/hypers is a must
  • Business, commercial, and financial acumen
  • Experience working with TCCC external partners (bottlers and customers) is preferred
  • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams
  • Experience in project management & resource planning
