Job Description
Main tasks are:
 Quality control from Sample stage to bulk Shipment stage
 Quality control through factory visit and checking, garment inspection and negotiation with partners complying UNIQLO manuals/standards
 Delivery control through setting deadline system, controlling material schedule, planning production lines and production progress
 Understand and analysis factory In-House Data for QCD control
 Follow shipments from factories to sales countries through internal system
 Communication & business discussion with partners (partner factory, trading company,supplier)
 Supervise & coach team members to achieve company policy and targe
 Handling group of business partners
 Be responsible for team or division business, reporting to Managers, Marchendiser and worldwide relevant departments
A. Required experiences/skills
 Working experience 5 years/more (preferable at garment industry –other industry are welcome)
 Production control knowledge
 English ability is preferable (Japanese/Chinese ability can be advantage)
 Able to work with team
 No limitation for age (preferable above 30 years old)
 Excellent candidate with less than 5 years experience also welcome
 Excellent problem solving skill
