Job Description:

  • Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility
  • Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
  • Give accurate and timely counsel to the Digital Transformation Team in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, terms and conditions, agreements, legal documentations, etc.)
  • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
  • Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
  • effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, business partners, etc.), creating relations of trust
  • Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to multiple stakeholders in the company
  • Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
  • Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies if needed

Job Requirements:

  • BSc degree in Law or J.D. degree
  • LL.M, MA or BSc in Business Administration will be considered an advantage
  • One to two years of experience in legal profession (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Attention to detail
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment
  • Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Indonesian law, policies, and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies will be considered an advantage
