Job Description

Establish and maintain professional efficient and effective communication channels within the Room Division and Entire Hotel.
Implement policies and procedures under the guidance of the Executive Assistant Manager.
Maintain all distribution systems of electric, water, gas, steam, etc in controlling the supply.
Maintain and Operate Air Condition, Heater, Ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
Monitor and coordinate the service Performed by outside contractors in accordance with the contract, leases, service agreement, and warranties to ensure the project is well organized
Keep all records pertaining to heat, light, power, and cost of the facility while the original document is submitted to the financial controller for future reference of the operational.
Ensure timely response to a service request from guests, employees, and management to repair or replace interior fixtures or furnishing to maintain the hotel standard.
Plan, implement, and administer energy management program.
Maintain appropriate equipment manual etc. as standardization for the operational procedure.
Establish an annual energy reduction objective to support the energy-saving project.
Coordinate with the Hotel Manager in the preparation of capital expenditures and maintenance budget.

Work Experience

Minimum of 3 years engineering management experience with mechanical/electrical qualifications.
strong understanding of operational control in the Engineering Department.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
