Job Description

  • Melakukan follow up pasien
  • Koordinasi terkait opersional dengan Divisi terkait
  • Melakukan penjadwalan pasien
  • Menanggapi apabila ada komplain, koordinasi dengan tim terkait
  • Menjelaskan perihal produk kepada pasien
  • Melakukan broadcast WA dan Marketplace
  • Berkontribusi untuk pencapaian target

  • Usia maksimal 30 tahun.
  • Pendidikan minimal SMA.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai call center/CS/Sales/Public Relation
  • Pandai berkomunikasi dengan customer baik melalui telepon maupun chat.
  • Teliti, loyal dan bertanggung jawab.
  • Bersedia Multitasking
