  • Act as trusted people advisor to business leaders of all teams and functions in strategic people matters/issues
  • Act as a business advisor to “Center of Excellence” (Organizational Development, People Development, Recruitment) and People Operations team in policy development/improvements; also as an intermediary between business leaders to HR policies
  • Works closely with business leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Consults with business leaders on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
  • Assist business leaders in conducting a performance review, coaching sessions, talent management, engagement & retention process & initiatives
  • Responsible for assessing and anticipating HR-related needs and developing integrated solutions
  • Formulates partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added services to business leaders and employees.
  • Drive change management in collaboration with business leaders for any improvement/innovative initiatives in relevant to people matters
  • Providing insights for business users based on data-approached analysis
  • Supporting organization transformation & integration effort across teams/business units

Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2-year experience in an HR role or internship experience in a relevant industry
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including performance management, leadership coaching, compensation practices, organizational analysis, employee relations, diversity, and engagement, is a plus point
  • Must possess comfortability in dealing with users of all levels in an organization, including managing employee disputes
  • Must be team-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be able to use and acquire knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation, and HRIS
  • Able to analyze data and come up with insights
  • High learning agility and able to navigate changes
