Job Description

Handling legal database.

Updating company tree.

Handling general corporate legal matters (RUPS, power of attorney, commissioner approval, operational agreement, etc.)

Preparing RUPS's event and making minutes.

Handling company’s license (OSS).

Provide and review a contract.
Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Accounting fields are preferred.

Having a Good Knowledges of Law Especially Indonesian Civil Law & General Corporate Law.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Strong analytical and planning skills.

Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and a good team player.

Detail-oriented, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Able to work in a diverse team environment.
