Responsibilities

      • Melakukan recruitment menpower Rider/Driver Jika dibutuhkan
      • Mengelola Workflow dengan baik
      • Membuat dan Mengatur Jadwal Karyawan
      • Membantu Menyelesaikan Masalah dan Perselisihan Karyawan
      • bisa berkomunikasi yang baik dengan tim
      • menguasai dan memahami sistem dioperator Ninja
      • Melakukan Sanggahan diemail Jika diperlukan
      • Melakukan storan dan Report COD
      • Pengajuan Gaji Freelance
      • Route Monitoring

Requirements,

    • Diploma Degeee
    • Berpengalaman dibidang Expedisi lebih diutamakan
    • Tegas, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, Semangat kerja tinggi
    • Menguasai IT (min MS Office)
    • bisa menjadi leadership yang baik
    • Siap berkerja dibawah tekanan
