About the Role


As our Senior Fraud Analyst - Driver Platform, you’ll play a key role within the Driver Risk team based in Jakarta. You’ll focus your efforts on conducting risk assessments for existing and up-and-coming products, creating optimum solutions that work to prevent risk and fraud, building models that measure risk assessments, and laying out strategies on process efficiency for the wider team to follow. Working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry across design, product, and engineering, the products, models, and strategies you’ll formulate will directly ensure the safety and wellbeing of our driver-partners in our Gojek ecosystem.



What You Will Do

  • Identify risk assessment from products, systems and processes, and recommend possible preventive measures
  • Work with big amount of data, extracting insights and providing recommendations on actions to be taken
  • Maintain strong relationships with and influence the wider organization (i.e. Product, Regional, Driver Core, and Data Science teams) in the efforts to plan the most optimum driver-related solutions
  • Work closely with other teams across Gojek's businesses to identify potential fraud patterns & illegal third-party applications
  • Take an on-the-ground approach in understanding our driver partners’ motivations and perceptions on the road, gaining qualitative insights which can’t be uncovered through data
  • Evaluate the fraud situation periodically and make adjustments when needed

What You Will Need

  • At least 5 years of experience in Consulting or Operations; experience working with logistic products is a big plus
  • A problem-oriented mindset in order to maintain a high level of curiosity and proactively search for potential loopholes
  • Strong understanding of SOP building, governance principles (maker/checker), and highly informed with operational metrics (i.e. SLA, exceptions, escalations)
  • Excellent English verbal & written communication skills to effectively share your findings with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to build dashboards as needed to monitor key program metrics (e.g. Tableau)
  • Ability to perform SQL query is a big plus
