About the Role
As a Sr. Brand Manager, you'll be an instrumental cog in the Merchant Marketing wheel of Gojek and GoTo Financial - the team that develops campaigns that directly reinforces the company's mission to empower MSMEs continuously. Your main goal is to shape the brand of Gojek and create positive brand imagery in the merchant's mind. Your efforts will further position Gojek and GoTo Financial, as part of the GoTo group, as the most preferred technology solutions for business owners.
What You Will Do
Design the brand narrative & strategy, identify marketing channels, and lead the go-to-market plans that align with company voice, values, and mission on social impact
Lead content marketing development and partner up with the Growth and SEO team to drive web traffic, brand awareness, and bring in organic leads
Identify and analyze problems by digging data to search the most appropriate customer segment to target and to improve the business process
Set a scalable and measurable team's objectives and key results and ensure the team meets its targets
Manage budget and ensure the budget is spent effectively by designing a cost-efficient campaign
Collaborate with cross-functional teams; creative, media, communications, analytics, research, corporate affairs, product managers, and business strategy team throughout the campaign development process
Manage team members, including coaching and developing existing members and hiring and onboarding new members as needed
What You Will Need
At least 5 years of overall experience in marketing, brand management, content marketing, advertising, and other related fields
Strong knowledge in various marketing channels; social media, email marketing, Push Notifications, and other possible channels
Strong knowledge in PR and brand building
Comfortable using data to generate insights for designing marketing campaigns
Strong project management, organized person, and have strong attention to details
Strong collaborative and communications traits, able to work with internal and external stakeholders
Solid leadership and comfortable in leading small to a big team
Proficiency in using spreadsheet (Google Sheet, Microsoft Excel) and presentation tools (Google Slide, Microsoft Powerpoint)
About the Team
Our Brand team in Merchant Marketing has two subdivisions with dynamic roles; Brand Strategist & Content division. As Nasi Padang is to the people of Indonesia, we are to Gojek: providing the nourishment to sustain our business from the inside out. Our main responsibility is to build sustainable brands that touch our customer's hearts. How does one achieve this, you may ask? By putting our merchant as our customer's first. For instance, in designing a campaign or creating content, raising awareness or nurturing potential customers, or engaging our customers with our campaign, we need to solve their pain points. What drives us is our shared sense of creating impacts for the merchant. We are working on several projects now, including one about driving the level of awareness and educate our merchants on the product.
As a team, we're concerned with the company's growth, and each other's personal growth and well-being, too; we enjoy bonding over our shared love of hobbies in several of our routine meetings. With WFH becoming more normalized, you best believe we've been sharing our favorite ways to prioritize a healthy work-life balance at home (Netflix marathons, anyone?).
