As a member of our team, you'll have a direct impact on the success of Kasual. You will be taking ownership over making key decisions and taking specs from initial design to developing important apps which hundreds of customers use daily.
At Kasual, you'll be leading major feature initiatives as well as taking on smaller tasks on a daily basis. We design every aspect of Kasual including our product experience, internal tools, and our offices.
What You Will Do
Manage accounts payable processes (verification, data entry, review, and payment cycle)
Provides a weekly payment list in line with the payment cycle
Make reimbursement, cash advance related to company expenses
Filing vendor data/documents for company expense transactions
Reconciling bank transactions with the company's system is appropriate and complete
Maintain inventory data, provide permission for item collection, receive and record received items.
Track deficiencies in inventory items and track losses.
Requirements
Education min. D3/S1 Accounting
At least 1-2 year of working experience in the related field is a plus
Must understand Journal - Accounting Journal
Able to operate Ms. Excel with formulas
Detail Oriented
Problem solving mentality
Knowledge of financial reporting system
Ability to learn new skills and tools
Flexible with ability to perform variety of tasks.
Good analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
