Strap on your helmet and climb on board if you're ready to take on the role of Content Specialist! As an integral member of the Care unit, you’ll take charge in developing communications contents to internal agents as well as all Gojek consumers and merchants. With their satisfaction as our north star, you will identify and analyze pain points to later turn into improvements for our Care agents’ service. Your efforts will directly impact all Gojek users across all of our platforms, how exciting!
What You Will Do
Develop contents for consumers and merchants across different channels such as Help Center (both in-app and website), ChatBot, GoKnowledge, and Salesforce
Develop scripts for our Care agents to enable them in giving helpful and empathetic solutions to consumers and merchants
Identify and analyze consumers’ and merchants’ satisfaction and pain points to derive insights and improve existing contents
Work closely with internal Service Excellence teams as well as other cross-functional teams to support each-other’s goals and provide relevant contents as needed
What You Will Need
At least 2 years of experience in roles related to Content Management in a fast-paced tech company
Strong proficiency in English to allow seamless collaboration with stakeholders of all levels, including international teams
High attention to detail to convey accurate messages among various communication materials
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with experience managing projects both independently and within a team
Ability to move and execute quickly in a time efficient manner to allow for continual iteration is a core competency of our team
About the Team
As part of the Service Excellence - Care unit based in Jakarta, the Content team works alongside internal and cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve Gojek’s consumers and merchants satisfaction, with emphasis on the communication we provide across all channels. Need help in delivering solutions to users, we are your people!
Currently we’re focusing our efforts on Chatbot contents as a new medium for users to reach for help. This has been one of the most wanted features to build and we’re confident that this channel will elevate consumers' and merchants' experience to new heights.
We are a close team made up of coffee lovers and Netflix watchers. We enjoy working from home because we can spend time with our families before & after working hours without having to be stuck in traffic jams on the road. We love brainstorming! We often spend time together in zoom to brainstorm some projects and gather opinions before reaching the final decision. We look forward to having you join our fun!
