Job Description

  • Assist People Partner to execute projects related to the Business Unit/ Platform such as survey, awards, etc.
  • Assist in monitoring performance intervention
  • Working closely with Business Unit/ Platform to support their needs to improve productivity and talent retention.
  • Create an easy-to-understand performance guideline to support specific Business Unit/ Platform needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration or another relevant educational background
  • Ability to adapt in a fast pace environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Experienced with Ms. Office, especially in Excel (Pivot, V/Hlookup, IF, Count) and Power Point
  • Ability to process data and creating dashboard is highly prefered
