Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Marketing Communication Manager to ensure positive growth of the brand image through development and efficient
  • Strategic Marketing & Promotion that can help company to meet its financial goals
  • Conceptualizing, planning and executing of strategic marketing plan for the brands in order to boost the brand image and sales which includes ATL & BTL activities, events activation, partnerships, and in-store program
  • Ensuring effective and efficient branded communications including digital/ social media platform, print communication and advertising
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts including their contribution to the effectiveness of sales campaigns
  • Manage of other ad hoc marketing activities as requested by brand Managing external parties (media, influencers, agencies)

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field. Minimum 2 year experience in retail industry would be a plus
  • Good communication, presentation skill, like wise good selling and negotiation skill.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian, both writing and speaking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
