What will you do?
Area Responsibility :
1. Forecasting
1.1 Meet our offering Commitment
1.2 To be flexible in setting offer priority.
2. Quotation:
2.1 To prepare the offer (price scheduling, bill of material)
2.2 To identify risk of the offer / tender by providing correct deviation list.
2.3 To review tender document specification and present optimized solution (Technically – Price – Delivery)
2.4 To collaborate with design team to prepare Bill of Material for non standard solution
2.5 To prepare tender supporting documents (synopsis, deviation list, preliminary drawing, time schedule, technical schedule, catalogue)
2.6 To liaise with other department concern during offer period
2.7. Clarify technical matter if needed, include site survey.
2. 8 To clarify scope of work.
2.9. Ensure quotation meet customer requirements
2.10. Propose innovative solution if possible and considering EE application.
2.11 Revise offer during tendering stage (if needed)
3. Communication
3.1. Managing communication with FO
3.2. Managing internal communication
4. Offering closing
4.1. Analyze project lost, feed back to internal for improvement and competitiveness.
4.2. Hand over project documents to TC Execution and attending Contract review phase for the WIN project.
5. Others
5.1. Use uniformity of offering format
5.2 Assist TC Execution in price estimation for Modification work (if needed)
To be aware of to hazards and environmental aspects, identify hazard in workplace and to ensure risk control being executed to minimize the hazard
To execute the task accordance with of SHE requirements and work procedure, active participate in implementation of SHE management System and ensure the work process and its result comply with SHE requirements and follow up any SHE related matters
Education: University Electrical or Electronic Engineering (S1 )
Job Related Experience : 2-5 Years experience in Low voltage and Medium voltage switchgear, Project estimation and tendering management.
Business Understanding : Quotation processes, Order intake processes, Manufacturing processes, Power plant/distribution Net work, Corporate policy
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Language skill in English and Indonesia, Electrical Engineering, Tender and contract Management, Commercial, Product Knowledge, Project Management, Computerized.
