Online commerce has become a staple channel for businesses to grow. It becomes easier for a seller to go into the Tokopedia platform, open a shop, upload products, and process orders that they receive. As they grow their business, the more sophisticated question will come up for them:
How can I increase my sales?
Which product do I need to push for advertising?
Which traffic lever I can use to increase visitation to my Shop?
Is there any new opportunity in other categories or other areas that I can tap into?
These are a few questions that the Seller Value Added Services (VAS) team needs to answer. The Seller VAS team is responsible for managing statistics, insights, and recommendation experience for the Sellers. From identifying key questions that need to be answered by sellers, defining data requirements, to translating the solution in a format that is easy to understand using natural language that Sellers are familiar with. The success for this team is to influence immediate improvement in Seller’s activities in the platform and eventually increase their sales performance in Tokopedia.
This is the role for you who have passion in helping small entrepreneurs to grow. You have to believe in the power of technology to solve big issues, having a deep interest in data analytics, and furthermore, in how to translate it into easy human interaction. Job Description:
Drive product vision and prioritize roadmap based on market opportunity to shape the future.
Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clarity on objective and execution details on short-medium-long term product goals for all stakeholders.
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirement.
Launch product improvements on regular basis, including improving customer conversion funnel.
Measure key metrics that inform the success of products.
Monitor product implementation and ensure timely progress.
Establish shared vision with all stakeholders to align overall roadmap based on priority and effort needed.
Handle multiple/ bigger teams in delivering product excellence.
Job Requirements:
3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
Understanding of basic product management skills.
Problem solver with clear structure and analytical skills.
Strong communication skill, both verbally and in writing.
Proactive to make things happen and critical in ensuring progress.
Be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances.
Have experience to work in multidisciplinary team environment.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or technical field is preferred.
