Objectives
Set up a documentation system in google drive system that can be used by the Department.
Managing in-coming and out-going documentation for both CAPEX and OPEX under M&E Department.

Task & Deliverables Specifications:
Familiar with google drive system to set up a documentation system.
Controlling department documentation.
Following and improving document control procedures.
Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic documents.
Conducting regular review and document audits.
Using computers to organize and distribute documents.
Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely completion.
Working in office.
