Job Purposes

  • Melakukan pengolahan data untuk menghasilkan monthly reporting produk Mortgage dan Back to Back
  • Melakukan portfolio monitoring dan analisa (regular dan ad hoc) untuk mengidentifikasi segmen yang berisiko tinggi
  • Melakukan analisa segmentasi untuk mengidentifikasikan segment yang memiliki peluang pertumbuhan business dengan resiko yang terjustifikasi
  • Monitoring Pelaksanaan TBO dokumen dan Penilaian Ulang Jaminan
  • Monitoring Developer Performance

Responsibilities

  • Mendukung program lending dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik dan growth sesuai yang direncanakan
  • Melakukan pengolahan data untuk menghasilkan monthly reports
  • Melakukan analisa data portfolio (regular, ad hoc) terkait dengan programs marketing, portfolio management
  • Melakukan monitoring terhadap ketepatan pelaksanaan Penilaian Jaminan dan pemenuhan TBO Dokumen
  • Partisipasi dalam projects sesuai dengan role dan responsibility yang ditentukan

General Qualification

Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di bagian analytics & credit operation

Minimal 2 tahun di portfolio management

Education

Minimal S1
