Your Role:

As Quality and Safety Staff, you will report to the Quality and Safety Representative. Along with training and preparations, you will provide administrative task to help maintain and improve Integrated Management System based on ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and GxP to our business. This role will challenge you to develop administrative skill, communicate with various departments, and have a structured way of think and work. In summary, your key responsibilities are but not limited to:
  • Provide administrative management assistance to Quality and Safety Representative to all Quality Environment Health Safety Management and GxP topics at company's Distribution Sites and related Commercial subsidiary.
  • Help administering security relevant information and liaise with local business heads and national authorities/agencies.
  • Report, coordinate and align with Quality and Safety Representative for issues on global, regional, and local related to product crime on company's products.


Who You Are :
  • Minimum bachelor/diploma degree, majoring Pharmacy/EHS/Environmental Health is preferred.
  • Good understanding in Quality Management, EHS and GDP is preferrable.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, such as maintaining an orderly workspace and documents, planning, meeting deadlines, as well as excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet management (Ms. Excel), documentation management (electronic and hardcopy document), and recording management.
  • Good in English both written and verbal, as well as confident doing presentation in English with native, abroad colleagues, and partners that spread throughout region.
  • Digital savvy
  • Curious minds with open-minded perspective who are willing to continuously learn, improve, and grow.
  • Team player with self-motivated and highly responsible for tasks.
  • Demonstrate eagerness to listen, communicate, and frequently discuss with various people from different departments.
  • Adaptable and flexible to work in dynamic, high-energy environment that undergoes constant change.
  • Willing for contract 1-year
