Job Description

Prepare and drafting variety of legal agreements and correspondence and other legal document related to company’s business operations

Review and update work agreement with vendors and identify possible compliance risks

Prepare legal update and report

Provide appropriate legal assistance for cross functional team

Able to network with government personnel

Maintain legal documentation database and organize legal document

Periodically check and update regulatory requirements and check the compliance with Indonesian law
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of law

Have at least 2 years of working experience in legal division, preferable have experience in law firm

Have experience in financial sector is a plus

Experience in handling company’s legal document such as work contract, NIB, SIUP, and other licenses

Able to prepare corporate agreement/contract

Have a good skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written)

Good knowledge in legal affair, business law, drafting, and legal review

Excellent time management, result oriented, good interpersonal skill and willing to learn

Having strong character, high responsibility and experience to communicate with the government.
