As a Customer Service Excellence, you’ll be responsible for providing information regarding all of CoHive’s products to leads or existing customers through CoHive’s email and call lines. You will also be responsible for managing feedbacks, complaints, and Google Reviews for all CoHive’s centers, thus ensuring the satisfaction of CoHive’s customers through excellent online customer service.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information regarding all of CoHive’s products to leads or existing customers through calls, WhatsApp, or emails
Manage complaints or feedback from existing customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, CRM (Zendesk), or Google Review
Coordinate with respective departments regarding customer complaint resolution
Distribute leads inquiries for private office, enterprise, or event space to respective departments
Minimum Diploma from all major
Minimum 1-year experience as a Customer Service
Fluent in speaking both Indonesia and in English
Customer-oriented mindset
Will be placed in CoHive Headquarter, Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan.
