Manufacturing Manager - Cluster B
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization
b. Actively involved in Operations strategy deployment within Manufacturing function in Cluster B
a. Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications, meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the required bestworking practices are always maintained
b. Ensure the target productivity level is achieved daily
c. Manage the update of the production plan daily
d. Communicate and liaise with other functional managers regarding throughput of stock to ensure production targets are met
e. Drive process improvements on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of Cluster B lines by appropriate data analysis
f. Manage the PDCA cycle of Autonomous Maintenance program in Cluster B
a. Manage, coach and develop a high performing manufacturing team that meets agreed objectives, and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
b. Set functional objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
c. Manage and lead the team, ensuring adequate staffing levels, managing Staff holiday schedule to ensure uninterupted operations. Ensure sufficient no of FTE according to agreed budget, provide learning & development opportunities for team, conduct performance appraisal, manage team attendance, handle disciplinary issues and performs daily supervision to maximize team productivity.
a. Manage and Control Conversion Cost (direct overhead) of Cluster B
b. Manage and Control Indirect Overhead of Cluster B
c. Manage WIP Inventory of Cluster B
d. Ensure the implementation of effective master data management within Cluster B
