Job Description

As an integral part of the Love, Bonito value chain, the Merchandising team is responsible for keeping our customers constantly excited and satisfied with the most relevant and trendy assortment. As our Merchandising Executive concentrates on our Marketplace Channels, you will be responsible for driving our Marketplace stores sales channels to be successful and managing execution of all our product launches to Marketplace together with its operations. You are also fully responsible to overview each business line/collection performance and make sure each line performs as targeted. Reporting directly to the Merchandising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in making sure Love, Bonito scale throughout all marketplace channels with the correct assortment.

Main Responsibilities

Manage Marketplace Performance

  • Overall: Merchandising PIC for Marketplace channel. Monitoring all business line performance in the Marketplace - weekly and monthly basis; Analyze performance and initiate strategy to make sure each business line is able to perform as targeted in the Marketplace (ROS, STR, PLC).
  • Launch: support launch distribution to each channel, monitor launch performance and make sure to achieve online sell-through.
  • Reports: Develop and maintain reports such as sell-through, sales & product analysis, inventory reports, etc.
  • Markdown and Promotions: Implement markdown/promotional strategies for sale events across the sales channel.
  • Inventory Control: Ensure healthy level inventory of each channel, including replenishment/ restocks and manage broken size level.
  • Channel Strategy: Clear and deep understanding of each stores’ strengths/attributes and apply it on allocation strategy.
  • Working closely with the Business Development team for continuous improvements and strategy planning for store performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

  • Superb project management, multitasking and execution abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders across all functions and levels.
  • A well-balanced quality of good stress-management, planning and prioritization capabilities.
  • Preferably comes from a Marketplace/ E-Commerce background.

Requirements & Experiences

  • Minimum 1- 2 years experience in merchandising or buying in retail or e-commerce companies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration/ Merchandising/ Accounting or related degree.
  • Advance in excel-related and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with some inventory or merchandising systems of SAP or other related systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good problem solving skills.
  • Positive, energetic and friendly demeanor.
  • Detail oriented.
