Job Description

Manage, monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure services

Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for endpoint devices

Manage IT asset and reports

Support end-user related IT infrastructure service include procedural documentation and relevant report

Provide user tools for new employee or current employee

Support customer networks problem (review and troubleshooting)

Manage software access for employee

Bachelors degree in Computer Science

Willing to do the internship for 3 months or more period
