Job description:
sales manager (developing sales strategy, going both on the field and online to find new clients).
team builder/leader (after every sales, the client must be follow with a constant mantainance from our team).
leader and coach (the teams both of sales and mantainance must always follow the protocols, that must be tought to every member and check for execution)
is required a good skill of multitasking and comunication with the other departments of the company (accounting, production, and Rd department).
