1. Drive overall marketing strategy to build the Resso brand in Indonesia.
2. Develop and lead a stream of mostly digital brand awareness projects, e.g. ad campaigns, partnerships/collaborations with music events, consumer brands, TikTok, etc.
3. Collaborate with advertising and social media agencies to develop plans and content for online campaigns.
4. Oversee activations and community building among specific communities within the total target audience.
5. Collaborate with Operations and Music teams for all campaign communications.
1. At least 8 years' working experience in marketing or brand management, from multinational companies in the FMCG, Food & Beverage, Tobacco, Telecommunications or Technology sector (Tech experience a plus). Must have managed and executed across both digital and offline marketing, beyond plan development.
2. Possesses a bias towards execution, and has hands-on experience executing integrated marketing plans. Thrives in a fast-paced working environment.
3. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
4. Collaborative with partners, and persuasive with internal and external customers.
5. Strong communication skills: native speaker of Indonesian, and fluent in English.
