Join us as a Senior Engineer Supplier Quality Management in Batam and support our drive to the most successful outcomes!
In your new role you will:
  • Production material feedback and verification, working with internal team and supplier for improvement
  • Coordination of MRB (material Review Board) for material issuehandling/ improvement
  • Review SCAR / 8D management with supplier to take overall improvement
  • Conduct Supplier visit / Audit with IATF requirement/ VDA6.3
  • Drive Supplier improvement / projects
  • Be accountable for internal customer satisfaction related to the quality indices of line disturbances and supplier quality.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor degree or above major in electrical/electronic engineering or Physics or Chemistry
  • At least min 3 years semiconductor quality or engineering working experience.
  • Good knowledge of Quality Systems and tools like 8D, SPC, FMEA, etc.
  • Semiconductor backend or automotive industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and driving skills
  • Good analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Good English both oral and written
  • Team player with good moderation skills as well as experience in interacting with internal team and suppliers
