Job Responsibilities
Build, conduct and develop vendor selection processes and make purchasing decisions for strategic goods or services for inbound and outbound areas for procurements related to affiliated companies within the Adaro Group, by working cross-functional within the company, as well as performing contract management for support the achievement of the organization's overall business goals.
Negotiating, especially for goods or services that are strategic in nature and preparing terms and conditions to be agreed upon by both parties.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships and conduct strategic vendor development programs
Ensure that the process of making contracts with vendors runs in accordance with applicable SOPs and supervises and controls contracts so that the procurement of goods/services can be completed on time.
Job Requirements
Have 8 years experience
Have a good understanding in the field of procurement, especially related to contract management
Have good management and negotiation skills
