As a Freelance UI/UX Designer in Growth Center, you will do the following things:

Collaborate with multiple roles and departments on defining, validating problems, generating ideas, formulating requirements, and analyzing impact of your work.

Plan, build, and maintain UI components on design system.

Produce design and research output (usability and concept testing) such as usability testing reports, user flow diagrams, wireframes, sketches, to high-fidelity prototypes.

Improve processes and systems within the product team by contributing to high-leverage initiatives.

Conduct user-experience research and collaborate with Product Managers to generate solutions.

Maintain design backlog with Product Development Team (Designers, Engineers and Product Owners).
Minimum 1 year of working experience as a designer.

Design portfolio that shows thought processes. Portfolio can be in the form of website, PDF/documents, slides, or prototype*.

Having experience in web design.

Excellent with design and prototyping tools (such as Figma, Miro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

Excellent in solving problems and using qual/quant, and using data to inform decisions.

Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies.

Good knowledge of UX writing is preferable*.

Problem solver with clear structure, design thinking methodology, data-driven, and analytical skills.

Good cross-team collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
