you have ownership over the rewards strategy and the correct and smooth management of rewards-related processes and operations in your country / region.
You also have ownership over international mobility for your country / region, ensuring contract policies are aligned with our global standards and are fair and equal. You make sure that the rewards and the employee policies in your country / region are compliant to the local laws and that all vendors are providing services within the framework of the agreed service level agreements.
You provide subject-matter-expert advice on rewards and policy topics and HR administration support where and when needed and working with the local HRBP to secure accuracy and timeliness.
You collaborate with the HRBP and recruitment team in the handling of offers, drafting contracts and preparing the onboarding of new colleagues
You ensure that the organization has a fair approach towards compensation and benefits, advising the business in the long-term sustainability of our rewards decisions.
As the Compensation and Benefits Specialist you deliver on the areas you have ownership for by living our values every day and primarily through collaboration and teamwork.
You focus on creating a positive and collaborative environment with the rest of the HR team and with the business, aimed at ensuring processes are running smoothly and efficiently
You act with high levels of professionalism at all times while at the same time behaving as an ambassador of H&M values towards everyone you engage with.
Having Indonesian Iocal payroll knowledge and Basic employment law is a must for this position and having previous experience in Compensation & Benefit area minimum 3 years.
Strong analytical skill and communication skill is required and you need to act according to the situation, making sure the best business outcome (short-term and long-term) is always the key driver of our decisions.
Due to local regulation, this position will only applicable for local Indonesia citizen and under local employment contract.
