To handle voice phone inquiry from client during service coverage with excellent service according to Call Evaluation Standard and SOP.
To do Teleprocessing process that includes: Minor alteration, switching & redirection, quit from premium holiday, reprint PRUh&s card and Top up.
To entry all interaction data into HEAT completely, promptly and do maintain to follow up pending Inquiries.
To log in Policy detail on voice logger for every interaction.
To send notification to Digital Service & Correspondence unit for every request from client, including reference letter, payment detail, Cost of Insurance and reprint transaction statement.
To send request, confirmation or question to operations helpdesk (Policy Services, Premium collection, Claim, UW/NB) as a result of interaction with client via HEAT.
To probe client and report on any potential complaint, sales practice and non-sales practice case to Team Leader immediately.
To achieve 85% individual utilization.
To commit with daily schedule from Training Performance Management Unit.
To do the continuous improvement based on feedback from Team Leader and Training Performance Management Unit.
To coach new joiner during tandem session.
