Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution (DMED) brings together the Disney’s best-in-class product, technology, and commercialization teams together into one global organization. DMED is responsible for the P&L management and all distribution, network and engineering operations, sales, advertising, data, and certain key technology functions worldwide for the Company’s content engines. Disney+ Hotstar is leading the way as one of the largest premium video platform in Indonesia. It is the dedicated home for streaming movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and more. It is available on most internet-connected devices and offers a variety of original feature-length films, documentaries, live-action and animated series and short-form content. Alongside unprecedented access to Disney’s incredible library of film and television entertainment, the service is also the exclusive streaming home for the latest releases from The Walt Disney Studios.
The primary purpose of this role is to execute performance marketing content and creative ads asset for Disney+ Hotstar in Indonesia (ID). He/she will drive the asset development and A/B testing, work with agencies to manage assets for content calendars. This role requires a strong grasp of social media platforms, digital advertisement and the candidate should be knowledgeable in industry trends and the latest digital innovations. He/she should also be experienced in different content formats on social media and how to leverage these formats creatively and effectively.
Responsibilities :
Work with the team to develop performance marketing content plans/calendar
Work with the creative agency to streamlining brief and timeline of creative asset delivery
Deliver clear direction and inspiration to creative teams and agencies in developing digital creative ads to driving result (cost per action and click through rate)
Manage performance marketing asset production and management
Liaise with internal team for asset sourcing and content approvals
Managing digital creative ads experiments to improve performance. Planning and evaluating A/B test
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree
Candidates should be fluent in English and be a fan of movies and series entertainment.
Experience in localization content process, ideally in digital media and entertainment.
Knowledge in The Walt Disney Company content library, brands, franchises, and characters that define them, and expertise to build further audience engagement
Strong collaborator with experience working with local, regional, and global teams
Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in an extremely fast-paced and high-pressure working environment
Adopts a challenging and questioning approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
Strategic thinker with good communications skills
