Bachelor Degree preferably from Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Business or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience digital marketing, strategic planning, media buying, e-commerce or other related fields
Understanding of marketing and its funnels
Understanding some of digital media strategy, paid channels (Google Ads, Social Ads, Programmatic Ads, Affiliates Marketing, Remarketing), tools, and tracking
Experience in media agency/digital agency/digital marketing/e-commerce is a big plus
Have strong analytical thinking, able to conceptualize ideas and turn it into a presentation deck, good communication skills (able to explain complex concepts into something that is understandable and able to adjust communication skills to the audience)
A love for data and an ability to analyse a vast amount of data with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently (but also a team player), adaptable, and fast learner with a can-do attitude
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
Proactive and inquisitive nature will be a big advantage for this role
Perform Dimensional survey and ensure all structural piping, mechanical in specifications at all stages.

The summer program begins with a firm wide orientation, and continues throughout the internship with training, networking events and social activities.
